Free stuff like clearing debris and cutting the grass they simply don't do...is it because they are out stealing stereos and 24" wheels?

Maybe they have different priorities than you. Maybe they think you should stop monitoring your grass height with a ruler, and you should spend more time washing yo whip.

I have to agree. I live in Manassas and in the past 10 years its been overrun with illegals.
Most of them let their homes and neighborhoods go to shit. When I say "most" I mean like 90%.

Its irritating. All you have to do is put in a little effort. You dont really even need to spend any money.
With 16 people in a house you would think at least one could make a full-time job of keeping it clean, and the others could help out when possible.
