You should rent the documovie Gummo! They supplied cats to restaurants. I believe that Asians eat anything. It is a cultural thing.

Meaning you do or do not eat pigs? Cows are pretty nasty creatures also.
 
I did not mean that as a disrespectful comment (this time). Due to population issues, landmass,etc. many Asian populations make more "efficient" use of the environment. I am familiar with a delicacy known as "Birds Nest Soup". A specific breed of bird creates a nest which is bound together from the saliva of the birds. Southeast asians gather these nests and boil them as a soup. When I say Asian I do not necessarily mean Oriental people only.
