1. rice cooker are too spensive
2. its not a good diet
3. they arent taugh to cook rice
4. not part of their tradition
5. it will get stuck in the intestine, and you would need to take laxapill at least once a day.

"stuck in the intestine"? Since when does food get stuck in your intestine?
 
I like rice, I eat it quite often. However, during my childhood I was served rice with almost every meal, which I'm sure isn't the norm. In any case, rice, potatos, and ramen have saved me many times when money was tight.

And for the record, I don't use a rice cooker. I think it's just as easy to cook it in a pot on the stove.
 
i dont mind rice. But they're are so many things better than rice. We get our starch from potatoes. WHy dont asians eat potatoes?

I'm pasty white euro-trash & buy rice by the 25 lb bag & have a nice rice cooker.

Am prob one of the 1% of US euro-trash consumers that buys sticky rice on purpose.

Me with 50 lbs of jasmine & sticky rice @ checkout:

cashier: "I can get you good rice."

pliablemoose kids: "Noooo we like sticky rice."

 
First off you don't speak English. Learn.

Second, err, I eat rice sometimes, why the hell should I eat it with every meal?
