i was just thinking why this sort of thing doesnt happen as often as one would think...

say 2 people know each other. 1 of them works for a large company (say Mc Donalds). The other guy comes in one day as a customer and gets service. The guy at mcdonalds says something racial or mistreats the customer on purpose. The customer sues the company for lots of $$$. They later split the money secretly.

Ending results:
1 guy loses their job
1 guy gets alot of $$$
company loses alot of $$$

Seems like it can be pulled off very easily...

any thoughts?

Cause it is much easier just to walk in mcdonalds. Buy your crap, walk out, throw a chicken bone in your soda, then claim mcdonalds was negligent.

oh wait, they'd get caught.

better luck next time.
