Why doesn't this comment system work?

Stupid Comments System

As you can clearly see, it states that there are 2 comments, but when I click on the comments button it says there are no comments. I hate the stupid pop up box thing.

This is what the first visible comment says. So its not just me seeing this. At this moment it states there are 23 comments, and if you go count it, there are 21 comments.

Just highlighting this so that Jason has a headsup on the problem.
