Up until XP I would have agreed with you, the old Windows grey classic gui was awful. But XP's luna is really nice.

Yep, that's why Macs rule. Function with the added bonus of aesthetically pleasing form.

I don't think you understand what '>' means. It means Greater than, and Groove is saying that Windows' Function is greater than Mac's Form.
