Why does Riprorin continually break P&N posting rules and get away with it?

He did put a line after both articles with his own view, so technically he didnt break the P&N posting rules. However he should probably elaborate a bit more than just one sentence.

He's been warned and had his threads locked for doing just that. His one line is pretty much a cut-n-paste from all of his other threads. Others have had threads locked for a one-line "comment".

Then yes they should be locked. I dont venture much in P&N so I wasnt aware of that.
