What the heck is up with that? It's an awesome game!

EDIT: We need more teams for TWL. Most of the teams are pretty good, but some of them just suck. A team only has to be 2 people, and it's stress free. Just check the TWL homepage once every 2 days and you're golden.

Link is here: www.teamwarfare.com. Go to the TWL SCCT (PC) forums for more info.

Please sign up if you're interested, we'd really like to keep the ladders open!

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

Could be a lot of reasons - so few people can play at a time, actual teamwork and strategy is required (a big no-no if you want a popular multiplayer game with lots of public servers.)

Oh my...I do believe he got it. It's also that people have no patience for the waiting that Splinter Cell games require, but that goes along with the strat.

I have recently started playing it and let me tell you that it is different from other FPS games by far. The only thing that sucks is that as a Merc you would think your accuracy would be better than it is.

ruffilb, whats your name on SC:CT maybe we can play together some time. I dont know the maps yet though and havent played as a spy. Its easier to get in games if you are willing to play Merc.

my name is, get this, Ruff_ilb.

I usually hang out with A-Eops_Beast, who is much better than I am.

Send me a PM if you ever want to play.

Yea, the teamwork and strategy is probably the biggest thing. This is especially reinforced with the fact that I rarely see noobs again, it's mainly a group of consistent players. Also, deathmatch, which requires a good deal less strategy and teamwork, is becoming more and more popular.

I just got it, and when I do find a game I find it very frustrating cuz everyone just pwns me... It's not a noob friendly system and has a steep learning curve. Thankfully I bought it for the singleplayer and multiplayer was just a bonus. Singleplayer kicks ass beyond recognition.

Play through the singleplayer, the multiplayer is one of the most rewarding games I've ever played.

It's not a noob friendly system, but that's because the noobs don't come back and the pros just get better, and there's very little in between. The more people that play it, the more this curve will develop.

Not to mention, doing a 56 second museum run on total noobs and getting 2 KO's is simply priceless.
