why does my toshiba e310 always go to the HOME-RUNNING PAGE when I turn it on instead of the START PAGE?

You probably just need to delete the shortcut for it. It should show up in My Device\Windows\StartUp in File Explorer

that didn't work.. any other ideas? is there setup or configuration that i need to change so it doesn't default to that task manager??! I would just like the first page when i turn it on to by the main where it has my name, date, tasks, etc.
