why does my flash5 get illegal page faults? What are those anyways?

I was just using flash, and then it would give me these "could not complete operations, unknown error" would occur.

Then I repeated what I wanted to try, and rest assured, it gave me illegal ops... "illegal page fault" what the heck are those?
