Why does my computer think it has two processors?

OK, so I was running a test on Download.com to see if my computer could run Call of Duty 2, and in the results page it says I have 2 processors. Here's a screen cap of the test results. Anyway, everytime I go into the Task Manager, under performance, it has two boxes for CPU usage graphs. I have a 3.06 Ghz P4, so I don't get where I have two processors. I'm also not overclocking any, so how on earth does the Download.com site see my processor as rated at 4.59 Ghz. I'm sure there's a simple answer, but me and Mr. Google couldn't figure one out. Thanks for any help.

Edit: I just noticed that there are two copies of my processor in the Device Manager. Did I screw something up or is this a part of P4 processors?
