Why does my browser do this?

When I go to a webpage my browser is displaying pages from the cache. For example the last time I went to www.cnn.com was last Saturday so if I go there I will see Saturdays headlines. I have to hit refresh if I want to see todays headlines. This is how it is for all webpages.
The wierd thing is this just started happening and I didn't change any settings or anything.

Thanks for any help.

Try this:
Open IE, click Tools - Internet Options - Settings (under temporary internet files) and check to see when your page is being refreshed. Not sure how or why it would change on it's own if in fact it has changed.
