That's what the doctor told me to do. He said all you need is some time for it to stop, and if you want try some bleach, that might help it dramatically.

Actually yes it is. No really it's twitching so bad now that i have hit myself in the face twice, I am not sure what to do. I need some deh for it gone.

QFT.... why does bleach or hitting yourself in the face have anything to do with your arm? Here trying this... make a big bowl of bleach and stick your face in it. That will stop the twitching... eventually.
