Why does 'Murika suck at making iced tea?

Why? It is good at making everything else be filled with tasty sugar... so why does it suck at making iced tea properly?

Are you talking about sweet tea or Nestea?
I'm really talking about the shitty "cold tea" they serve in restaurants I've been to in the states, but I'll admit I've never been down south where I hear it is done right. Every god damn time I'm in the states I forget they serve weird cold unsweetened tea when my go to drink in restaurants every time at home is proper "sweetened" iced tea that you don't have to order special or get served sugar packets with (which doesn't fix it by the way).

Well, iced tea is supposed to be brewed tea... on ice. From whence do you hail?

Tea sucks and is only meant for starship captains. Real men drink coffee frappacinos and vanilla mocha lattes.

If it isn't super saturated with sugar you're doin' it rong.

I also appreciate other types of tea (some with out sugar), but this is typical southern tea. Which is amazing.

I can't fathom people drinking unsweetened tea.

I don't like it crazy sweet like a southern sweet tea, but some lemon and honey or a couple packets of splenda, thanks.
