are spending more time moderating here and locking threads here. can't ya just del them to clean this place up, it used to be nice and quiet in this forum, could have little chats with zuni bout cold fusion, now I'm too scared to click into here, for fear it'll be locked up... just clean out the locked ones guys..


We leave them up so other members who do not visit as frequently
have a chance to read them as well

Well the thing is the thread needs to wait til it goes down to the bottom. IMHO it was pretty quiet when I first joined, and now it has been littered with threads. Mods take time to check the other forums too! But people sometimes mess around here too with time wasting threads and stuff so thats why there are so many locks. If they deleted the threads then some people mite post it up again cause they didin't read it.

Well, when you have an increased number of people neffing, posting things in violation of the rules, Trolling, doing the In Before The Lk, etc. of course you are going to have an increased number of locked threads and Mod. presence. If not, AT would be in anarchy...

Quick question. Why lock a thread and the leave it for others to read? I assume it was locked for a reason.....

I can only laugh at this statement. The most people that I have seen logged in were 500 or so. and I am on 24/7 so there is no way in hell 45000 people post at the same time 🙂

I believe what the mod is saying guys is that if they just deleted threads, the rest of this forum population cannot get educated as to what behavior and subjects to avoid themselves. Which in turn will mean more locked threads 😉
