I'm STILL getting Sircam in my hotmail inbox. This puppy has been detected for 2 months now. Just today...

Hi! How are you?

I send you this file in order to have your advice

See you later. Thanks

And I have a nice little expense report in excel form that im tempted to repair and check out.

Can anyone tell me why MS hasn't blocked sircam infected files??

MS: What virus?

virus= messed up comp = time to buy new comp for joeshmo = sale for ms's own OS?

i never get spams with my hotmail... never need any filtering either. probably because i signed up like 4 years ago before they added in all those new functions....

i dont get spammed at my hotmail account either. I have had mine forever, though. I havent even received sircam...

Same here not one

BECAUSE IT'S FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU KNOW THE SAYING: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"
YOU PAID NOTHING FOR THE EMAIL ACCOUNT, THEREFORE IT IS NOTHING!

yeah i hear ya, MS probably isn't too concerned with a free service, but it just gives me the .NET heebeejeebees. I guess I should have put my email on any websites I have worked on, I'm thinking that's where alot of my spam senders came from. I don't just hand out my pop accounts, but hey who cares about giving out a hotmail account to register with sites. The only spam I get in my pop accounts is stuff from my family, some people feel the need to forward everything, no matter how lame.

I like Hotmail. It allows me to check my mail from just about anywhere. With the spam filters in place most junk mail is blocked.
