Why does Firebird open up WMV files as text?

All WMVs files opens up as if it is a text file on Firebird, but others like AVI and ASF works fine..

I know this problem has something to do with MIME types..but is there a way to get around it?

The things they left out extension will let you change this, I believe.

Misconfirgured servers. The server says "render this as text". Mozilla complies. IE violates the standard and guesses.

Good tip, I was wondering that myself. Even in beta form, I find myself using Firebird almost exclusively now.
