Why does everything always timeout?

Your ISP is routing your requests through LA 😉

comcast is worthless. I've called several times before and they haven't ever fixed anything. I also frequently get disconnected and I have to cycle the power on the modem to reconnect. wish dsl was cheaper....

Internet routed to Japan and back would be faster. :|

I get the same problem sometimes. Don't be too quick to blame Comcast. It could be your modem or your connection, perhaps the cable is behind too many splits? I used to get this problem a TON, so I dumped my Surfboard 4100 for my old Linksys and the problem *for the most part* has went away.

Ok well this time I don't think it was comcast's fault. I tried to go into my router settings and it timed out. I restarted my router and all is well.... for now. Either my internet craps out or my linksys router craps out.
