Tablet netbooks have been around for a while.

On the Win 7 point... it's not out yet, so it's hardly going to help with tablet PCs.
Maybe when Win 7 is out people might try pushing Win 7 based tablets, but they are out there in non-Win 7 variants already, and affordable to boot.
