Why does "coffee" != coffee?

whenever a woman asks me out for coffee, i substitute "coffee" for sex...but i am a hot stud, so i can get away with it ;)

I suppose "coffee" means tea, cappuccino, frozen stawberry bliss, mocha madness or anything that a coffee shop serves.
