Why does alcohol make you nauseous the next morning

Because you've literally poisoned your body. Only in a controlled way by limiting (not so well in your case) the dose.

Your body is doing everything it can to expel the poison

Ding ding ding.

Alcohol itself is a poison and a toxin. Alcohol is processed and creates toxins in your bloodstream.

It also dehydrates your body. Dehydration is partially what causes the nasty headaches. Drink lots of water while you are drinking and before you go to bed and you won't feel so rotten the next day.

Oh, and don't drink so much.:D

strange i thought it was due to dehydration  He's talking about a hangover here, not vomiting after chugging a bottle of everclear.

i drink 2-3 galsses evertime before i go to bed, never had a hangover. Mt routine is to go for a run the next morning because i can rarely sleep the morning after drinking.

Added on top of the fact that most people drink way too fast, then go to sleep and naturally slow down their body. There are so many stupid people that don't know how to take care of business the right way.

Eat some bread if you start to feel bad while drinking. It will soak up the alcohol in your stomach and make your body digest it slower so less goes into your blood stream at one time.

Although it feels worse to do it in the morning, drink plenty of water when you wake up to get yourself to take a monster whiz and start getting rid of the alcohol. Some people are of the persuasion that fast food may help by giving you the sh!tz, which will help get some out, too.

If it's necessary to keep the same volume of alcohol, just drink a littler slower next time. You'd be surprised at the results. Try to keep in mind the ratio that your body gets rid of the toxins for 1 drink every hour. 1 drink = 12 oz beer or 1 glass wine or 1 shot, approximately.

NO way...

It does not mater how much water you drink while still intoxicated (you should drink some the morning after)

But regardless of how much water you have drank, if you still have beer in your system it is not going to do anything...alcohol lowers the ADH levels in your blood (low ADH is enables these inhibiotrs in your kidneys) which closes your pores in your nefrons in your kidneys so no water (or nutrients for that matter) can be refiltered into your system and they are told to release as much water as possible...so you will still be dehydrated....

does not matter.....
