over weight chicks think that if they put on new clothes & make-up... that they all of a sudden *LOOK GOOD*. But they really don't.

they feel good on the inside and that is shown on the outside.
And, its not just fat chicks.
I love getting a new outfit, being tan, pretty makeup, etc. When i feel good, i look good. same for the heavier gals.

Although, i know what looks good and what does not.

covering up is fine by me. it's the ones who think it's cute to let things hang out that really make me :disgust: <--disgust (although rolleyes would apply, too, i guess)

Lets hope none of you guys are overweight/ fat also...

This is wrong. They're not that much fun to ride.

The overwieght scales are rediculous. I'm 6'0" 190lbs, and my doc told me a few days ago when I got a physical that I was overwight. I was like wtf? I run and lift three times a week, and snowboard almost everyday in the winter (somtimes I substitute running with snowboarding...)

BMI is fvcked up.

You know if your bf% is at least 14-15% your not 'overweight'. At 15% you 'could' drop a few %'s but it would depend what training cycle etc you were in to determine if your overweight.

If he didn't account in your activity levels etc and your bf% then he wasn't doing a good job at telling you were overweight.

Even if your that active and your bf% is 18+ I'd say that isn't so great also. Of course it doesn't matter if your lean but your artery's etc are all clogged up. That isn't healthy either.

BMI is for 'sedatory' office type of guys. It isn't for people that train 3x+ a week intensively. Our results are skewed. I know the weight scales means crap when I'm fit, healthy and lean. It could read 220lbs for all I care. It is a good indicator for people that don't train but a Dr shouldn't be calling a guy that trains often and has less then 15% bf overweight.

No the best is when older ladies (in their late 50s' early 60's) dress like they were 20. That way instead of fat haging out, it's all flaps of skin. Good times.
