I haven't for the past 11 months, but before that it was the first three in the pole, plus 100 other reasons/excuses.

I smoke when I get a migraine for some reason a cigarette or 2 helps a lot. That or I'll bum a smoke from my friend on occasion.

That means you're addicted.

I know people who smoke socially because they enjoy it. You can't seriously think a person who smokes 3-4 cigarettes a month is an addict.

Socially is an option on the poll and logic tells me do it because they enjoy it, not because they're addicted. And if they are addicted it's amazing that they can go weeks without having one.

No, it's addiction. When I get in my car even myself (a smoker) realizes just how bad it reeks, I almost cigs were outlawed, forcing a successful quit..

I like the way tobacco smells ;^) If you want to quit, switch to a different tobacco product, or just quit. Government regulation is never the answer for personal failings.

I used to smoke for all of the top 3 options. I'm glad to say it's been more than a few years since I've quit.
