Why do you hate LeBron?

edro

Lifer
I am curious why everyone hates LeBron.

Please give your reasoning on why you dislike LeBron and enjoy watching him fail.

Here are some typical reasons:
- best player in the league
- left his crappy team in hopes of a title
- seen as arrogant
- quits in big games
- can't hit a game winning jumper in the final game of a Finals series
- The Decision

Personally, I like LeBron and enjoy watching him play.
I don't want to try to change anyone's opinion... I am just curious what your personal reasons are for disliking him.

Why all the hate?! 😀

The decision. Arrogant. Teamed up with 2 other superstars with the idea they'd win not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 not 5... championships only to get their asses handed to them by the Mavs last year and undoubtedly will by the spurs or thunder this year.

He is an arrogant narcissistic punk that needs to be brought down a few pegs. I appreciate him as a baller, but as a human being he stinks.

its cause people LOVE to see the great ones fail. happens with every elite superstar athlete.

same thing with tiger woods - everyone on this forum had a circle jerk when his life crumpled right infront of their eyes.

I think he's a douche bag, but I don't hate him. I enjoy watching the Heat play, too. It's a shame that Bosch got injured. I doubt that they'll make it to the finals without him. I would have enjoyed seeing San Antonio beat them.

I enjoy/enjoyed watching Tom Brady, Jordan, Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, Karl Malone, Adrian Peterson, Troy Aikman, etc...

Lebron James is just a douche. Simple as that.

The Decision is why everyone hates him.

I personally love watching him play. He's probably one of a few guys I'll tune in to watch no matter who they're playing.

As a guy, I'm not sure how I feel about him. I don't know him, but I do know some of the things he says in the media are pretty ridiculous. Like last year when they lost in the finals, something to the effect of "you all can go back to your shitty lives and I've got everything I've ever wanted so piss off" (paraphrasing of course).

I don't hate LeBron. See, Tiger Woods I HATE. LeBron is just a huge, talented specimen who is not clutch and has yet to prove otherwise.

This.

I don't even really follow basketball, but based on what I know, he seems a bit arrogant; I feel he needs to learn how the world tends to, or ought to, work (i.e. in general, the moment you feel like you pwn, and you get all cocky about it, you tend to get pwned).

Eight championships? Try getting just one first. It's good to be humbled, isn't it? And every year that passes, is one less chance at living up to the hype and expectations. Like he seems like a nice guy, but he just needs to be humbled for his own good, if anything.

I was so glad when good-guy Dirk Nowitzki won the championship. Guy's ballin'.

He drove a fucking Hummer H2 in high school. Are you fucking kidding me? I hate all people who drive Hummer.

Good-guy? Dude was the biggest child after the Heat beat them without LeBron, kicking balls and exercise bikes, at least LeBron never threw a temper-tantrum like that. Then when he finally does win the championship he's the FIRST GUY OFF THE FLOOR, I doubt he shook anybody's hand. Good-guy, right, only you and oilfield would say that.

If he never wins a single championship I would be happy.

The guy is a complete narcissist, which I guess is par for the course for superstar athletes, but he doesn't have anything to show for it. He seems to think he deserves to win a ring, like he doesn't have to earn it because he's the best. He's a crybaby.
