I'm sure this won't FAZE your bitter biddy self one bit, but your own English skills aren't quite at the elite level you so desperately think they are . . . genius.

You're a prime example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Watch her respond, "I didn't say I was a genius" as if she were making some huge point. A third rate, boringly predictable mind in action.

I'm glad you figured it out before I needed to post it. Thank you for proving my point. :D

I'm here to learn. Computers is one of my fortes and when I'm bored with that I come to the Off Topic sub forum and bull shit. I find that I learn in here too. I'm a member of other forums too. Flight simulation and radio scanners is the other two interests. YES! I'm a dork, but really I don't look like it. Although my sister would beg to differ. LOL

I actually learn quite abit about cool stuff from these forums.

I never would've known about burning in cpus, distributed computing, tons of free software tips, just being here made me pretty knowledgeable. Its a good bunch of people here.

To show you the path.

There is a difference between knowing the path, and taking the path.

Will you follow?

I work from home and miss the social interaction of the workplace. Not enough to go into the office mind you, but enough to register on a couple forums :)

it's a good place for passive entertainment when you're bored. there's almost always something pretty entertaining. the hume thread is great, once in a while we get a great tale from nuclearned, and there is a nice variety of seasoned trolls. can't go wrong!

8 hours is a long work day.

This. Sometimes I get bored, or just feel like procrastinating. It's a way to pass the time that's better than stating vacantly into my screen for 8 hours. Plus the constant typing makes it sound like I'm actually doing work.
