Well, I've been going to New Orleans for over a decade, and it never ceases to amaze me the things women will do for seemiingly worthless beads.

Understand, that I have nothing against it, I rather enjoy seeing such displays, but I must ponder this question!

I just got back from my annual week down in the French quarter, and no matter - its always a party down there regardless of the date on the calendar.

Because they want to have fun and feel that nothing is wrong with showing their breasts. Plus, many have had a little to drink and probably have lowered inhibitions.

Those lowered inhibitions often include random sex. Let's just say I went on spring break to Cancun a few years back and saw things I'll never forget.
