why do we even have General Hardware/Software/Tech Support forums?

Some people here use them, but, for any specific question there is probably a better forum geared to the answer elsewhere. I guess they don't use enough storage/bandwidth to worry about deleting them either, plus it keeps OT and FS/FT and HotDeals, etc from getting cluttered with those type of posts.

Forum issues is pretty much just for tattletailing now according to Zuni...no one monitors it.

I've posted to highly technical with no answer. I've also posted to MS newsgroups with no answer. I don't have any luck with anyone answering my questions. It's like I'm not even here.
