Money someone else earns belongs to the people? After you rob the rich of everything they have, who is going to earn the money dumbass?

LOL. Well, they could take half and then ban profits.

Hey OP, a better idea is to take away from the poor that stole welfare money along with the single mothers popping out babies for welfare and redistribute to the people. They are the ones that actually stole from us

Hey dumbshit, what are you going to do with all the people that will now need work? Once you take the money from the rich, you have taken what they use to pay employees of the businesses they own. All those people are going to need work now.

Thats OK, hell take MORE from the rich to give to the poor.

Does anybody else see a cycle here.................

When you make more money off someone else hard labor then they do, you are guilty of exploitation. The rich make nearly all of their money through exploitation.

Oh, you mean like when the Government has a 39% Federal Income Tax Rate, 10% State Income Tax Rate, A lot of cities have an Income Tax Rate, and then a 8% Sales tax on anything you have left that you want to actually spend?

The op obviously can't be convinced by the ethics of liberty, so I'll give him a utility argument... that is, if the rich started spending all of their money then prices would go up and that wouldn't cause hiring.

Look at this Gina Rinehart evil b*tch, she has 30 billion dollars, and new she wants to bring back slavery. Next look at Rupert Murdoch around 8 billion dollars, all made from lying to the people.

The top 1% hold close to 40% of the wealth in the developed world, just sickening. While we have countless starving in the world these people are living it up lavishly. They continue to make money by exploiting the poor class of people, going as far as using actual slave labor in impoverish nations to make their wealth.

Why doesn't the world do something about this. It is just sickening.

Why are you only concentrating on the Republican rich? There are just as many Democrat rich.

What would you suggest the "world" do about this terrible problem?

This ought to be good.

OP's views are the basic core premise of Democrat inspired economic initiatives. It's the Elizabeth Warren-esque plea for theft without the nuance of a "Social contract" thrown in to mislead people about their true intentions and flawed reasoning.

It's not bad that people are able to accumulate large amounts of wealth. It's what is done with that wealth, and how it's made that many times is bad.

Take back what belongs to the people, and redistribute it to everyone.

It doesn't "belong" to the people, what you want to do is called thievery. Why don't you start by giving your computer to "the people" you sickening, greedy pig.

My perspective is that wealth in itself isn't evil but any system which restricts real opportunity to all is. No one merits a guarantee of financial success but those who labor should have a chance.

Wow, I think you're really on to something here. Why do we allow beautiful people to hoard their looks, we should throw acid in their faces to make everyone equal. Why do we allow geniuses to hoard their intelligence, we should lobotomize them to make them all equal. Why should we allow athletes who work and train to make themselves better hoard their abilities? We should amputate their limbs to make it all equal!

idiot

We have this crazy notion of private property.

We've also attempted to form a Union that does not have the authority to correct the problem as you see it. It does not take a government to fix it. All you have to do is organize, lead your own corporations of equality and boycott the evil 'rich' ones.

There is much the private sector can do to correct things without heading to the church of government.

Damn the company I work for exploiting me. Damn them giving me money so I can drive my car, eat food, and post on anandtech. o_O

I always find it kinda funny. The left has a problem with being "orally raped" by the rich, but then has no problem with being "anally raped" by the poor. As has been said recently rape is rape.

This is how I have come to feel and look at things.

We really have it better than a lot of people in other countries.

What makes me feel better is knowing that they need us as much as we need them unless they're willing to settle for modest profits and keep a business small enough to where they don't need a workforce. Unless the rich and wealthy are willing to live like "regular people", that willl never happen.

It works out pretty well for both sides.

Actually now that I think on it more the liberal position is absurd.

If I go and do work for someone and they give me money in return I am being "exploited".

But if liberals take my money and redistribute it to single mothers I am not being exploited?

Ooooh look how scared

How rich are you?

Can you ever give a considered reply to a point made? If all assets are removed then there is no business. If there isn't business there aren't jobs. If there aren't jobs then there is nothing and complete redistribution means nothing because there is no economy. You've killed it.

The rich continue to exploit the poor of the world, the rich continue to exploit the earth. The poor don't even have enough money for food, water, and medicine, yet alone '40 oz malt liquors, cigarettes, lotto tickets, illegal drugs, and fast food that they spend their money on'.

Blame the governments of those ass-backward African and Asian countries.
