It's because when you have done nothing wrong and you're dragged out of your vehicle and thrown to the pavement with your face being ground into it and your arms cranked behind your back your supposed to lie there like a slug and simply comply. And if you inevitably struggle against the pain and confinement of being contorted when you've done nothing wrong, only death or a good beating is good enough for your failure to comply.

I love the right wing "just comply" defense and everything will be ok. Then I show the clip of a black man pulled over in a traffic stop ordered to produce license, he IMMEDIATELY complies and cop shoots him.
