Why do songs get stuck in your head?

Because Rick Astley is such a sexy beast... can't get your brain away from him shuffling around waving his arms in a circle...
Just admit that you have a crush on the Rickster and you'll feel better...

Why do birds suddenly appear...?

Every time you are near?

Just like me, they long to be. Close to you.

Why do stars fall down from the sky ...

You can get them out by singing them... I mean... really singing them. I had the folks at work dying one day when I got the stupid Wake Me Up Before you Go-Go song by Wam stuck in my head and I had to get it out.

It's not that bad. Unless I'm preforming or intensely focused on something, I almost always have a song in my head. Everything from Disney to Techno to Bruce Springsteen to obscure crap I heard in the background of a youtube clip; and I don't have to hear it for it to get stuck in there. Just the way my brain works I guess.

I get weird songs that pop out of nowhere right before I go to bed. I don't even think of the songs or anything that relates to them. I'll by lying in bed and then...

It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small, small world

All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere

One of my favorite people at work came back after a month-long leave of absence, I had "Welcome Back, Kotter" stuck in my head for a day 😕

Your dreams were your ticket out.

I had a roommate/best friend that had "Starry Eyed Surprise" stuck in his head for a day or so. So he decided he was going to play it over and over until he didn't have it stuck in his head anymore..........

It took 6 hours. I was ready to kill him after an hour.
