Why do some Quicktime files save in my cache and others stream without caching?

When I view video files through eveo.com with Quicktime I noticed that it doesn't cache the file so I
can watch the video at the speed of my PC (versus my slow 'net connection).

Is there anyway that you know that this can be changed?

When I view video files from sites like ifilm.com (with Quicktime) the file is downloaded to my cache
and I play it after it downloads (as opposed to while it is streaming).

honestly i dont think you cant do anything about it, this is something that is done server side, for example you can write a page that is not cached by putting that into the code, i assume the same can be done to movies.
