You mean a carbon fiber hood? One that serves it's purpose for weight reduction and appearance?

Ass, may I call you ass? Too bad. Anyway the hood is black. I do not see the carbon fiber look at all. If it was it would still be stupid. just paint the fvcking thing it looks like sh!t anyway. And if it is carbon fiber and he painted it black then he deserves to be flogged by a midget wearing pleather, ass.

Wow... you're so cool. You called me an ass. I hate to tell you, but at that angle... you wouldn't know your ass from a hole in the wall when it comes to carbon fiber. Why would someone paint carbon fiber black when it almost resembles black? Who's the ass now? You.

I dont know. Since the OP clearly stated that it wasnt CF I guess you would be the ass, ass. By the way next time remember that its your asshole to a hole in the wall, ass. Next time you try to prove your assumptions make sure you know the facts. Who's the ass now? You.

-Xionide

You win the ass award because the OP didn't state it wasn't carbon fiber until after it was brought up in the thread. I enjoyed the argument though. I like how you went out of your way to make an ass of yourself. Congrats.

I'm a fan of cars with the 'clean look'. You should shave your emblems and let the lines in your car do the talking.

To be honest, I always thought those decals were tacky... Even the ones that say, "Camero" or "Chevy" on them. The emblem on the front of your car, or in your case, the sheer number of rice burners on the road should define what you drive. You don't need the decal to do it for you. Maybe do a 25% tint there and leave it at that? It might even class your ride up some.

See the problem is that it looks tacky, stands out way too much, and is basically advertising how cool you think your car is.

Actually, that doesn't look too bad for a civic. I don't see any lame Euro-Style Headlights and oversized muffler.... We need a backshot.

should hide it in shame. scion's new car beats the pantsoff the si. so really you should just have a for sale sign painted there instead so u can trade up.

Sure, let me get that dis-porportioned, close to 3000lbs compact car.

the tc gives you a lot for the weight. its interior is described as lexus lite. the sound dampening is superb(unlike the si, esp that generation which leaked wind/road noise big time), and with just 3k bux(probably less then what you've dumped into the si), you can dealer upgrade it to 200hp with 200lb torque. not a gutless hp rever. eventually a 300hp option will be added to boot

Your right, it doesn't look as bad as some civics i have seen. Although i assume with all the crap you have on that piece you have a fart cannon on the back of that too. Belive it or not, nobody things you car is cool because your car makes a loud annoying noise.

Actually, I don't have any problem with the car and I'm about as anti-ricer as it gets.

Now, when they start to put those funky @ss wings and the snow plow ground effects on that's where I draw the line. I can do without the fart can mufflers too.

Yes, I am.
I am 30 but the part about me working at McDonalds is where the problem is.
I'm surrounded by younger people so alot of my friends are the younger crowd.
Some of them are into cars so naturally, I am too.
If you ever seen a picture of me, I don't look a day over 25.
Thats my story and I'm sticking to it :)

I was saying before, I'm about to take off the decal anyhow and put a 15% tint on the windshield to match the rest of the tints.
I put up the picture now because of the other thread.

Well, otherwise you might as well have a big Cobra R decal on your windshield.

Why don't all you civic guys put decals on your windshield (and put them in reverse) so I can see who I passed as I look in the rearview mirror.

So what's so good about your car (240?) that makes you think you're so much better? There are plenty of fast honda's out there.

Anyways, I don't get the point of banners like that. Car people already know it's probably an Si based on the color so basically you just want to let people who aren't into cars know what kind of car you drive, and a Civic Si isn't exactly something to brag about.

They are just player haters!
I get the same reactions from the "Scamp" decal on the windshield of my 1974 Plymouth Scamp.
Be strong brother... we players need to hang tough! :D
