The decision to reproduce is the single most egotistical, self-centered, selfish thing most people will do in their entire lives. The world doesn't need any more children. Parents ought to be ashamed for burdening the world with their offspring. Children owe their parents zip.

Define need.

Would benefit in the slightest way from?

😕

He said the world does need anymore children. I ask, how do you know, did you ask the world, you will find it cannot talk. So I say, then the world needent exist at all.

You play with them and then give them enough rope to hang themselves so you can send them packing back to that job at Burger King where they belong. I don't know whether to slap his parents or pity them.

pwned

Umm, no?

Ronstang obviously is still living in the dream world were most people look at for the common good and aren't kiniving bastards out to take everything they can for themselves. It unfortunate he isn't cynical enough.

No he beleives in living in a world where people make use of the attributes they have by the virtue of being human, not sitting around spouting this emo crap like some others...

They benefit from going to college, which they either pay for from thier parents, or with goverment assistance, at least partially. Further, the college system can exist because of the hard work of the grunts.

What does going to college have to do with anything? An engineer that spends twelve hours a day working his ass of programming does infinitely more work than the average idiot who flips burgers for eight hours a day.

My judgement of sucess is what you get for ourself and your loved ones. Money is a component. Thier are other things, such as relationships, etc. But think about relationships. It is the guy who manages to ace out his competition that gets the girl. I've seen very few guys suceed in getting a girl through hard work. Most guys who work at getting a girl are branded stalkers. If you enjoy contributing to society, that can be a measure of sucess, but doesn't money help you contribute? Even if you want to give time, couldn't you contribute more time if you retired early? Sucess comes down to what you can get for you.

How does competition for a woman make you a leech? There is nothing wrong with competition so long as it doesn't involve taking from another. Money does help contribute, yes. Receiving money that belongs to the person who owned it does not.

Competing is the most primitive form of leeching! You are preventing the other guys from getting the women. Further, in many cases sucessful guys move from girlfriend to girlfriend, but this process creates bitter women, who are less likely to date, thus reducing the women available to other guys. What ever you get prevents others from having it, and sucessful people by defenition take more than their share, and to get more than thier share, they have to leech. It's just far more pronounce in a service econemy.

Humanity as many see it is an illusion. Most people do not work for the good of others. And I'm not emo, I just call it like I see it.

How so? How can you compare the two? One works with his body, one works with his mind. These do not equal! Working with your mind is so infinetly preferable to working with your body. The do not compare in the least!

Competing allows the better of the two men to be rewarded appropriately for his work and also allows the woman to pick a husband more suitable for her. Even the man who doesn't win learns a lesson and is prepared better for the next woman he meets. All sides benefit.

Fine. I'd way rather spend the time doing that than working with my body. At least I get to sit durring that. Of course, I'd still rather be recreating, but on the list of things I'd like to do, recreating is 95, working with my mind is 85, and working with my body is -100.

Anyone who say s the world does not need anymore children should be automatically ignored, as coming to that conclusion would require the solution of all manner of longstanding philosophical and moral questions.

Preferable to those who are better suited towards brain work, of course. Brain work almost always pays better and contributes more than the average person who does work that will be replaced by robots. It is still hard work.

Go outside, its not too bad. I'd rather mow the lawn than bust my ass doing mathematics or whatever.

The ability to sit makes brain work so much better?

You really think the best man wins any significant time? I don't believe it. From what I've seen and heard, the person who wins is the person who employs the most cheese tactics. The guy who wins is usually the bad-ass biker with big muscles, and who make a living playing in a band, badly. How is the likely to be the best choice for the women?

I can see that more children take up more resources the world doesn't have to spare.

If the woman prefers that type of man then it is the better choice. If by "cheese tactics" you mean lying then that's different. Lying is not fair competition and is hardly any better than stealing.

It is still not even close to being on the scale of working with your body. Working with your mind is a privlege, to be relished and grabbed by what ever means available.

Outside is only good because it's how you get to the other inside places.

That was just an example. Cheese tactics are a way to earn things you do not deserve. It's is not necissarily lying. Putting on nice clothes is a cheese tactic, because it makes you appear to be of more value than you really are.

If you believe that intelligence is almost purely derived from genetics then surely you believe that physical work is as well. It could easily be said that the average nerdy scientist doesn't have the genetic privilege of large muscles and stamina.

But the body is merely a vessel. It has no inherent value. The body is a way to sustain the mind. Some people unfortunatly have to use thier bodies to support the minds of others.
