Why do so many newbies post in ALL CAPS?

We have all seen them before. NOBEES WHO TIPE IN ALL CAPS WITH NO PUNCTUATIN AND LTS OF SPLING ERRS USUALLY ASKNG STUPD QUESTINS IN THE WRONG FORUM.

I just can't figure out, WHY do they do it?
 
sometimes people with new computers forget to hit the caps lock button.......................................................................................or they are just wankers
 
Probably because they are not very good typists and it is just easier for them to leave the caps lock on and go without puctuation, and it also makes it faster for them to type a sentence. Why, were you a typist out of the womb? Thought not, give them a break, they obviously don't know any better.
 
I once had a teacher who just really liked caps. She was really excentric and computer illiterate, people were always like wtf are you yelling at me?! Hehe

OH WELL THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU'RE A N00B, AFTER ALL, THEY HAVE TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTIC DON'T THEY ?!?!
 
Actually, that quote annoys me when people do not even get it right. It is actually:

"Someone set up us the bomb!"

And besides, who here can name where that/those quotes actually came from? 🙂
