Serious answer? Because marijuana is not legalized, sold and taxed like alcohol and tobacco.

In a drug prohibition people will get the equivalent of bathtub gin.
 
why the fuck are they just standing there

it's China. shouldn't need to worry about being sued when saving someone from someone else.

Actually, from what I've read, the problem with lawsuits over helping somebody is even worse in China.

Not even kidding, If I saw someone getting raped/stabbed I would just keep walking. I guarentee one of them would sue me for somthing and I would lose in the end.

I remember some poster explaining that if you help someone in China you're accepting some part of the blame or something along those lines.
