Why do people wash their hair?

I've seen people do this before. Instead of taking a SHOWER like a first world person would, they just wash their hair. Who cares about things like ball sweat or ass sweat or armpit sweat, they just need to wash hair. It doesn't matter if they have brown stains in their shorts, they just need cleaner hair.

Who are these people?

Women just the opposite, take a shower, wash everything BUT the hair and face. I'm told its so they don't have to reapply makeup or product. Disgusting. On both accounts.

Uggggg I hate that. It invariably makes their hair smell like shit. I get that soaping it too much will dry it out, but there are products out there to protect the hair after soaping. I think it's called conditioner. Baby oil works too. If you're italian, just wait 5 minutes and it will be greasy and protected again.

when I was in high school (and 4 of us in the household had to get through the bathroom and out the door in about 15 minutes), I would shower the night before and then just wash my hair in the morning (curly hair, impossible to style while dry)

Your mind is an interesting place I see. Barren and narrow, but interesting in it's own way.

Dated a girl once whose at first hair smell, smelled nice, but I could tell there was a problem with her hair, as it was clunky; meaning clunks of hair was sort of stuck together. Anyway, I just dismissed it as too much hair spray or such. Anyway, after a few more dates I noticed the same smell and hair clunks. When we took our first weekend together, and our first shower together, she was one of those who wore a shower hat and didnt' wash her face. Hmmmm... I thought to myself, when does she wash her face and hair. After spending a week with her, I found out that the nice hair was talcum powder she applied to her hair daily to remove grease, which is why her hair looked clunky. As far as I could tell, she never washed her hair. ECKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!

I don't have any hair to wash...

lol ya. I started shaving my head just about a year ago. No more dandruff, comb overs, messy hair.

That dreadlocks thing. Yuck. I was on the bus last year beside a pretty hot blonde - well, everything but the hair. She had dreadlocks, and guess she used perfume in an attempt to cover up her inability to wash it. It was a nice mix of sweet and ass smell. Do not want...
