I don't know I have a pretty laid back nice personality, I'm not stuck up and I don't shove people away for no reason, etc.. yet all the people in my life end up being !@$ing pricks or bee-atches.. always have to get stabbed in the back. people just plainly suck.. in person at least. sure people "seem nice" when i talk to them online.. but when it comes to real life they're actually fscked up backstabbers..

Yeah yeah, girls can be evil ... I won't say 100% of girls are or 100% of guys are pricks.. but it seems a large population respectively are.

I find most people to be quite nice, actually. Yes, I run across some scumbags from time to time, but I quickly learn to avoid them.

Could it be you just need to meet more new people?

kranky, very possible. But also, take into note what I'm trying to say and probably haven't said very clearly. :p What I mean is.. inside. Not the outside. Most people are "nice" on the outside.. for general blab to people you don't really know, most people are nice, respectful, polite.. that's all fine. What I'm talkin about is ppl who you know well... what they're really like..

It's a pain to get to know someone and find out they aren't the kind of person you thought originally. I see your point.

In that case, maybe think about where and how you are meeting that kind of person, and look elsewhere instead.
