Nah, he was a pretty low profile comedian with a very niche following. He certainly does not have big time name recognition and has a style of humor that you either find great, or just simply don't get it/enjoy it.

He was pretty popular with the people I know and I really don't know anybody that didn't like him.

And you are what...somewhere in the age range of 22-28?

As for Miley Cyrus, she hits the demographic she's aiming for, however most of the population doesn't think that she's amazing. Obsessive preteen girls account for only a small part of the population.

Correct, but I've played CDs with him on it around older people and they liked it too.
