Nah, he was a pretty low profile comedian with a very niche following. He certainly does not have big time name recognition and has a style of humor that you either find great, or just simply don't get it/enjoy it.

He was pretty popular with the people I know and I really don't know anybody that didn't like him.

And you are what...somewhere in the age range of 22-28?

As for Miley Cyrus, she hits the demographic she's aiming for, however most of the population doesn't think that she's amazing. Correct, but I've played CDs with him on it around older people and they liked it too.
