Why do people have to be so impatient?

its never a problem trying to print stuff in the labs here except when people are printing many pages. the reason we had such a back up was that one guy decided to print an entire 1200 page text book on both sides of the paper. so we had not only 600 sheets coming out but we had to wait for each page to flip over and be printed on both sides.

This guy started swearing at me wondering where his document was.
