Doesn't this bother anyone else but me?
It only bothers me if their chewing is unusually loud or if the room is very quiet.
bad parenting. its etiquette.
They were abused as a child.
I know a few people who chew their gum mouth open and loud. Disgusting.
I hate when people chew like freakin' snapping turtles while eating gum
It actually drives me nuts. like I can't concentrate.
People that breathe through their mouths will chew with their mouths open. It's disgusting and they often choke on their food too. :disgust:
I once dated a girl who physically couldn't breath through her nose.. I didn't even notice her chew with her mouth open.. I guess she was pro at hiding it.
Generally, if you keep your mouth shut like you should, no one will notice you chewing.
Of course, it's kind of hard to eat crunchy breakfast cereal quietly, no matter who you are.
MUST RESIST MAKING DIRTY JO................
OP, are you referring to people who chew with their mouths open (which is disgusting) or simply those who chew loud even when their mouths are closed?
Are you talking about Sloppy Jo's? cause they rock
Maybe you just have insanely good hearing and the noise you are hearing is actually the wings beating on a nearby insect.
No, never met jigsaw jaw mcgraw.
How about the people whose jaws crack while chewing?
You know I bet it's a conspiracy!
Yes they are sending morse across to other table mates. It's a plot to mutiny! Oh nooooooes!
Is that how the gov't orchestrated 9/11 without anyone knowing?
It's about the most annoying thing ever I believe, and it's enough to ruin an otherwise good meal for me. I have a friend that likes to take it a step further and suck on his fingers if he gets something on them, and this is often at nice restaurants.
