Why do people assume I do nails???/

???????????? Why? because i'm vietnamese? Went to the postoffice to send some packages back to Newegg. The vietnamese lady there ask if i'm a nail tech.
 
the vietnamese seem to have a monopoly on the nail market in this country. I was road tripping with my friend from LA-> Houston, and we stopped in Ozona, TX. She wanted to get her nails done to look nice for the boy she was visiting in Houston, and yep, probably the only vietnamese person within 50 miles did her nails.
 
A Vietnamese guy I work with also owns a nail shop that he bought... from another Vietnamese family. A Korean friend of mine owns a cleaners, which are often owned by Koreans. There are lots of generalizations in the world that come about because of the frequency of their occurance.

Of course all southern people like grits, right? Maybe not, but I'm in Virginia and I love 'em. 😉

Just kidding, but I came to the U.S by boat. Not really to the US, but to the Philippines. Was a refugee there for 11 months. I was on a boat for about 13 days, and 6 days w/o food. This was when I was 5.
 
It took me nearly to the end of this thread to figur eout we were talking about fingernails. I was thinking of metal tthings you hit with a hammer.

hahahah, not really. Just like computer. I spent more $$ on computer than my car. I have an 86 accord with 186k miles. Still running great.

It's probably a good idea you didn't spend much on your car b/c I'm sure you are a bad driver too. I wouldn't say it to your face though b/c you might kung foo me. 😉
