Why do no Review Sites have Benchmarks yet for 7800?

Usually major review sites get their hands on this stuff prior to them being put on sale don't they? Why isn't this the case for the 7800 cards that are supposed to start being sold real soon? I don't get it. It seems like the nextgen cards are being kept under really tight wraps.

Most review sites should have 7800 samples by now. However, they cannot reveal any details or reviews on the 7800 series before the NDA expires early next week. This was the same case for every major video card release by ATI and nVIDIA over the past several years.

Weird. For some reason I thought I remembered reading reviews and benchmarks on cards quite a few weeks prior to their launch but I guess my memory is all out of wack :/

You're just used to paper launches

ie samples would go out reviews would be published and weeks/months later you could finally buy it. Supposedly cards should be available next week when the nda is lifted

Some leaked benchmarks will probably appear on some Asian site before the card launches, as per usual.
