You don't happen to have Radlinker installed do you? By default it will put on 2x AA, which should drop your score in the 16.xxx range.

The Catalyst 3.10 drivers seemed to be the best for benchmark scores. 3.7 (what I use personally) is also good, but I have no experience with the Omega drivers due to my preference for Rage3DTweak and the fact that the Omega drivers don't seem to work correctly with that application installed.

I have a 2500+@3200+ and I get about 17250 in 3DMark2001SE and 6200 in 3DMark2003 but that's with my 9800 NP overclocked to 421/371. Yours isn't clocked quite as high so that reflects on your benchmark. In fact, your score is just about what you should be getting. If FSAA/AF were enabled your score would be MUCH lower. I get about 13000 in 3DMark2001SE at the 4x/16x I typically use. I don't think that you have that enabled at all or your score would be in the crapper.

Btw, benchmarks aren't everything. If your gaming experience is smooth and enjoyable, that's all that should matter. :)
