Yes, they do. Around here, at least, the tiny wheels are much more popular. I've even seen them on GMC Safari vans and one or two F150s :roll:

Just because someone has eyes, can see, and notices things certain groups do that you can set your watch by does not make them racist....it makes them observant. In today's OVERLY sensitive environment it seems you are ot allowed to speak the truth. If Mexicans do not want others making fun of them because they do "interesting" things to their vehicles then they need to stop such activities rather then expect others to stop noticing and laughing. It has nothing to do with racism. Racism would be someone treating a Mexican badly or denying him/her something simply because they are different. Laughing at them for their actions is fair game....treating them badly is not. There is a difference.
