Actually, not a fetus but an embryo. It remains a fermale for the first two weeks of its development at which time the balance of estrogen and testosterone shifts.

My mom got this book (as a gift), it's all common knowledge or questions that could be answered by a quick search through Google or an introductory class of Physiology. Waste of $12.

Yes they can. There are various research articles of men, who attempted breastfeeding and where successfull without the use of hormones.

I suggest u research it a little.
