I've been going to bed later and later. I'm up to about 10am now.

Things will have to change next week when class starts though :(

Why must we do that? Is there a reason we keep staying up later and later? I have done the same thing many many times. I wonder why..

Very easy to fix, I do this all the time.

Just stay up. Don't go to bed until about 8 or 9 pm the next day. Stay up the entire 30 some hours. You'll wake up the next morning at 6 am bright and refreshed. Nothing feels better than sleeping when you're extremely tired.

Yeah, that's the plan. I like staying up all night though :)

I've done it too. Basically you start a cycle in which you stay up later and later to the point of which you're going to bed in the mornings and sleeping all day when you shouldn't be. It's possible to stop.... I think it has to do with procrastination of things until you reach a point in which you physically can't do it anymore and just go to sleep.

I'm not sure. I just go to bed once I'm tired. I've been sleeping until like 4pm though so my schedule is pretty darn messed up.

The only way to fix it for good is to keep your schedule consistent, i.e. wake up at the exact same time every day. Never hit the snooze alarm. Never take naps.

I do the same thing. Just drop what you're doing, even if it's unfinished, and force yourself to go to bed. Once you get in the habit of getting to bed on time you'll find that you use your "awake" time a lot more efficiently. I believe I had the problem because I'm a procrastinater and always put stuff off until the last minute.

I usually stay up later and later etc ..because I'm not tired at night. I'm always tired in the morning, but never at night. It makes no sense to me.

Do you have a full time job? I found having to be at work at 7 am every morning pretty much took care of my not being able to get to bed on time.

I do that too...

I get tired at like 10:00, and know I should go to bed... but then I get doing something... I always decide I need to do stuff at night... last night, 11:00pm I decided I needed to open my latest UPS and set it up, charge it and everything... I didnt get to sleep till 1:30... BAH!!

every night it's something new... and I wake up tired every morning... yet I continue to do it...

I suck at life.

You are not independent yet, still a college student or something, and so don't have to work in the mornings, so you stay up and waste time. :)

No biggie. Enjoy it while it lasts.
