Why do I see my framerate in games?

I've been messing around with drivers to use for my MSI x1900xtx, going between Omega drivers, Catalyst 6.8, 6.9 and chuck patch and also playing with ATI Tray Tools.

Somewhere along the way, I must've done something so that now, whenever I'm playing a game, I see my framerate in the top right corner. This happens in all my games (HL 2, FEAR, Oblivion) as well as 3dmark06, so I'm guessing it's a d3d setting, but i can't find it.

Where the heck is this enabled and how can I turn it off?

It's an ATI Tray Tools thing. Right click on ATT in the system tray > Tools & Options > OnScreen Display. Then uncheck "Enable OnScreen Display"
