What can i do to fix it? I've been getting it a lot lately.

edit: i don't only get it while browsing AT pages...i get it on google, and other pages that don't require a cookie.

you can't refresh. just start from the beginning.. i believe this is caused by time sensitive pages/cookies/security

but i can refresh and it works fine...it's just getting quite annoying.

It occurs when IE goes to a page that's a result of what you typed into a form...as far as I know there's no workaround...just hit F5 or refresh. It's to keep things like online purchases from going through twice...which possibly could happen if you type in your credit card #, submit, and then hit back.
