Why do I have two volume D ?

Hi there, my backup drive (D) is getting full, so I decided I was going to format it and do a new backup.

However when I went to look there is TWO D: drives, both show the same amount of date on them, like ones a clone of the other. Not sure if it matters but the backup drive is in a usb docking station.

How did this happen and how to I get rid of one of them?

Thanks

Got a pic you can share with us? Disk management would be the best way to get an accurate look at what you actually have.

Yeah I took a picture and it's sitting on my desktop but I cant find anything here that say's upload pic.

You have to put your picture somewhere like Google or PixDrop and then put the picture link using the Icon just to the Right of the Smiley

Well that's dumb, nobody could figure out how to put a "upload photo" link on this website?? First time I've come across a forum where I have to use a 3rd party site to upload a photo.

Most sites don't host images for you these days. It's not about providing you with a button to upload your images. It's paying for the storage and bandwidth to host it themselves. Heck, it's been less than a year since AT allowed images to be inserted into posts at all. Just get yourself a free image hosting account (imageshack, photobucket, imgur, Google Photos, etc.).

Sometimes, you can paste the picture .. right click on it and select Copy Image, then Paste (Ctrl+V) in the post.

The image still has to be hosted somewhere. You can copy the image link of a an online image and insert it, but only if that site allows hotlinking.
