And wow, from looking at the charts above, it's cheaper to pay the penalty.
 
The easy way to get out from under the mandated plan is to show a notice of shut off for utility services. If you can show anytime during the year where you got a shut off notice, you're exempt from the obamacare penalty. Just don't pay your utilities for 3 months, then right before they shut them off, pay off the bill.
